  • Click on first “My Account” and second on “Register” tab.
  • Fill the required blanks by mentioning your email address, phone number, and a password according to your convenience.

Ans: Yes. To buy any product you do need to register into our site. For registration you need to share some of your basic information such as name, contact number, address, etc.

For cash on delivery, if the order value below Tk 5000 then home delivery available and for above 5000 customers have to pick up the ordered products from the selected plaza.

Q: My card was declined. How do I resolve this?

Ans: Please contact your bank and check if your card is enabled for online transaction or availability of funds in your account. If you are still facing problems contact Walton’s customer care at 16267 for assistance. 

Q: Why my card payment is failing?

Ans: Your Card payment fails because of the following reasons below –
  • You have entered your ATM Pin (Asked for I-pin from your Bank, not all bank required I-pin)
  • Your card is not online activated
  • Your Bank does not support online Transaction.
  • 2nd Factor Authentication may be a reason please ask your bank.
  • Not enough balance left.
  • Bank server failure. 
Q: Are there any hidden costs apart from the product price and shipping charges?

Ans: No. You will only need to pay the price of the product and delivery charge for carriable product (if you want home delivery) and for non-carriable product you will only need to pay the price of the product and delivery charge will vary depends on distance according to your selected Walton plaza. Concern person will contact with the customer and inform about additional charge.

Q: Do I have to pay after I join eplaza.waltonbd.com?

Ans: NO. You are only pay when you place an order through online form purchase any item from our website.

Q: Does eplaza.waltonbd.com deliver outside Dhaka?

Ans: Currently there are currently 150 outlets are assigned for eplaza.waltonbd.com to all over Bangladesh and able to provide the home delivery service. Based on the nearest location from those plaza and product availability customer can order and get the delivery.

Q: How I can return the ordered product?

Ans: During the delivery time customer can request to delivery person for take back his/her ordered product and also need to pay the charge Tk 100 (only for carriable products).
Note: After receiving the product there will be no return policy applicable, only warranty terms will work on that case.

Q: How will I receive my money for the products which I have returned or cancelled?

Ans: If eplaza.waltonbd.com fail to deliver the ordered product within committed time, in this situation refund amount will be refunded within 15 working days for any Debit/Credit card and 7 working days for mobile banking. In this term there will be no extra charges required. On customer demand refund duration will remain same but charges applicable based on transportation and getaway charges.  After placing any order within 24-hour customer can claim the refund request through online.

Ans: After an order placed at Walton ePlaza, within 24 working hour concern department will confirm the order and based on product availability selected Walton Plaza will inform the customer regarding the product delivery procedure.
Q: Is all order cancellation required charges?

Ans: No, If the delivery of product is not possible due to the Walton ePlaza failure (such as product not availability, damaged product, etc.) then customer will get the full amount back.
