Terms & Condition to “Cancel” an order:
  1. Customers can cancel his/her COD (Cash on Delivery) order by making a call to our Helpline number (16267) or email “eplaza.waltonbd.com” within 24 hours from the order placed time.
  • The order will be counted as a canceled and no cancelation charges required, if the product delivery process is in pending status.
  • If the order status updated to “Delivery processing” mode or delivery reached on his/her doorstep than to cancel the order, customer has to pay the cancellation charge. As a cancellation charge customer have to pay BDT.100 as order cancellation charge and the delivery charge for the non-carriable product.
  1. To cancel an online paid order customer, have to fill up some required fields in our Walton eplaza online page where the “Refund” button will be visible or customer have to make a call to our customer care (16267) or email “eplaza.waltonbd.com” within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • If the order status updated in “Delivery processing” mode or customer failed the time limit, then the “Refund” option will be disappeared and the customer will not be able to cancel the order.
  • In some conditions & cases order cancellation will be accepted but cancellation charge will be applicable. Order Cancellation charge will be depending on payment gateway charges & delivery charges.
  1. For an online or through mobile banking paid order, cancellation is not applicable after receiving the product or delivery reached to the mentioned location. Under warranty period that product will be taken care.
  2. After receiving the ordered product there will be no “Order Cancellation” or “Return” or “Refund” will be applicable. As per warranty terms, problem will be taken care of.
  3. Online paid orders under EMI facility order cancellation, refund and refund charges procedure will be the same as like for online orders cancellation process (till the EMI papers submitted).
  4. After complete the online payment & submitted the EMI documents, there will be no option to cancel or refund for that order.
 
Terms & Condition to return or exchange ordered products:

The ordered product will be considered eligible for return or exchange if it fulfills one or more conditions of the following conditions-
  1.  If the ordered product reaches to the customer in the affected / spoiled / deformed / incomplete condition
  2.  The customer cannot receive all parts of the ordered product at the time of the sale of the goods ordered.
  3.  If the ordered product not identical to the desired product of the customer.
  4.  If the ordered product does not reach the customer within the stipulated time.
 
If customer want to exchange or return the ordered product, then certain conditions need to fulfilled.
  • For return/exchange, the product must be returned to the concerned person as the same condition as it is delivered to the customer.
  • All products, including price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and other accessories must be kept intact with the product.
  • The sold product must be returned to the original packaging or box of the manufacturer.
  • In order to return electronic products, all personal information (photos / videos / messages) should be removed / reset if any external transmissions (password/screen lock etc.).
  • If any breach of conditions is violated, than the Walton ePlaza authority reserves the right to cancel the refund/exchange service against that specific goods.
 
Reasons for non-acceptance of product return or cancel:
  1.  If the product not returned in a condition as it was delivered.
  2.  If the warranty period ends.
  3.  If the product physically damaged or not all of the parts ware available.
  4.  If the product got damaged because of any of the reason which is restricted in the warranty terms & conditions
  5.  If the EMI documents submitted.
 
Refund Policy:
  1.  To refund online/mobile wallet payments it will take 10-15 working days as per the bank or payment gateway partner policy.
  2.  Refund charges will be applicable and will be deducted as per the policy and gateway charges.
  3.  For mobile wallet refund there will be no extra charges will be provided by ePlaza.
  4.  Refund charges will be not applicable if the ordered product not delivered on time or Walton ePlaza failed to complete the delivery or any of the reason because of Walton ePlaza.
