ePlaza EMI Policy

 
EMI Policy:
 
During placing the order customer have to select the “EMI Payment” option to avail the EMI faciality. During the delivery time or within 3 working days customers have to fill-up and submit the EMI form to the nearest plaza. If the customer fails to fill-up the form, she/he must inform ePlaza through email to [email protected]. The customer can also submit the scanned EMI from with fulfilled details.
 
Terms & conditions for avail the EMI facility:

• For an online transaction, online transection facility needs to be turned on in that credit card.
• Customers can avail EMI on minimum cart value of MSRP 10,000 BDT.
• EMI months tenor available from 3 months - up to 12 months (on selected banks).
• For mobile phone’s 0% EMI available only for 3 months & 6 Months.
• In the cart with others product if mobile added than EMI applicable only for 3 months & 6 months.
• During the delivery time Card owner need to be present for signing the Bank EMI papers.
• EMI available only on the MSRP price.
• To avail EMI faciality any type of discount or cash back offer will not applicable.
• After submitting the EMI papers to bank end, as per bank policy EMI will activate.
• After receiving the ordered product and submitting the EMI documents there will no refund option available.
• The following banks Credit cardholder can enjoy the EMI service.

Delivery Policy:

• Customers will receive their ordered product as per the Delivery Policy.
• All portable products will be delivered within 72 hours and non-portable products within 96 hours. (Conditions applicable).

Return & Refund Policy:

• During the delivery time if customer got the delivered product in a damaged condition, not working properly condition, incomplete product or color mismatch than customer can return the product immediately to the delivery person, upon such return and based on customer demand we can exchange the product or cancel the order and refund the amount on customers account.
  
  Note: “Working proper condition” means, it is assumed that the delivered product is technically and manually are in right condition and the customer acknowledges the same.
   
• Once a product is delivered, received, signed the documents properly & installed, after that no refund and return policy will be applicable.
   
• Once the product is, delivered in a proper condition, after that, immediately customer request to return the delivered product, in that moment customer have to bare the charge based on transportation and getaway charges.

How to place an order under EMI:

Step 01: Select any Walton desire product above 10,000 BDT and click on “Buy Online” button.


 
Step 02: After clicking “Buy Online” select below given details:

• “Color” from available color list.
• Select your “District”.
• Select your “Nearest Walton Plaza”.
• Select your desire “Quantity”.

After selecting the qty select “Add to Cart” and in the shopping end click on “Checkout”.


 
Step 03: If you are not logged in with your ePlaza account than login and provide your delivery address. Select your delivery method.

 
Step 04: After providing all the information select “EMI Payment” mode, then select your convenient “EMI Months” from the available tenor list and chose your “Bank Name” & click on continue.


 
Step 05: Now confirm your order.
