Mentioning that he was overwhelmed by visiting Walton Industrial Complex, HT Imam said, I have heard many good things about Walton. We use Walton products in our home and tell others to use Bangladeshi products. But I wouldn’t be able to see the development of the vast industry and the initiatives behind this if I haven’t come here.
Today, after visiting Walton Industrial Complex, I feel we have something in Bangladesh to be proud of, he added.
Earlier at noon, the PM’s adviser reached Walton Hi-Tech & Micro-Industries premises at Chandra. Managing Director to Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. S. M. Ashraful Alam welcomed him with bouquet.
Executive Directors of Walton Group SM Zahid Hasan, Md. Sirajul Islam, Senior Operative Directors Uday Hakim and colonel (Rted.) S M Shahadat Alam, Senior Additional Director Shahajada Selim and Media Adviser Enayet Ferdous were among other top Walton officials present on the occasion.
After his arrival at Walton Industrial Park, the PM’s adviser and his entourages visited various production units of Walton Hi-Tech and Micro-Tech Industries Ltd. including refrigerator, LED television, air conditioner, compressors etc.
Prior to that, he also visited the well-decorated product display centre of Walton.
