You can call to our Helpline no.16267 for any query, information or complain (everyday from 7.00 am-11.00pm). After placing an order you can also contact with your selected Walton Plaza phone no from (10.00 am to 7.00 pm, except local area holiday).

4. What are your Delivery Hour?
We deliver your ordered product within required timeline from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (conditions applicable). If we are unable to deliver your product than we’ll contact you within 24 hour after placing your order (Not applicable for local holiday, natural calamities, surrounding situation).
 
5. How can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have the freedom to cancel your order. You must cancel your order within 24 hour from the time of order place. To cancel your order, please login to eShop account & click “Your order History” option & click “Refund” button. If the order status undergo on “Delivery processing Mode” or you failed to maintain the time limit, then the “Order cancel & Refund” option will be disappeared and you will not be able to cancel the order. Other Order cancellation policy will be applicable for you & also you may charged as per policy & conditions.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) order :
If you want to cancel your “Cash on Delivery (COD)” order then you have to make a call to our
Helpline number (16267) within 24 hours from when you create the order (if product delivery process still pending). In this case no order cancelation charge applicable for you. If your “Cash on Delivery (COD)” order on your door step then you have to pay BDT.100 as order cancellation charge.

For online transaction order : 
You have to fill up some required fields in our Walton E-shop online page link or you have to make a call to our customer care within 24 hours from when you create the order. If the order status undergo on “Delivery processing Mode” or you failed to maintain the time limit, then the “order cancel & refund” option will be disappeared and you will not be able to cancel the order. Order cancellation is not applicable after receiving your product at home. In some conditions & cases order cancellation charge may be applicable. Order cancellation charge will be applicable as described below.

Order Cancellation Charge:
If you want to cancel your cash on delivery (COD) order on your door step or delivery under process than BDT 100 will be applicable as order cancellation charge. Order cancellation charge for online payment transaction depends on payment gateway & bank relevant charges.

6. Why don’t you provide Cash on Delivery for high price range product?
Well, Walton eplaza is always eager to give you the best comfortable and convenient options for payment. We support Cash on Delivery for the product which price ranges within BDT 5000 only. It is not not safe to carry large amount of money in pocket. So, for security issue we don’t support Cash on Delivery for high price range product.

 
7. Is the price negotiable?
Our products are non-negotiable in terms of price. We also send various offers on special days to our customers via email and facebook page, so make sure you have registered on our website and you have liked our facebook page.
 
8. What is the delivery Charges?
Well, we don’t have any Free Delivery Service. But occasionally, we can give you free delivery as an offer for purchase from Walton e-Plaza. Regularly you will be charged by our Delivery policy & Charges for your ordered product. Before place an order make sure about your delivery charges mentioned in below.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Walton eShop. The prices listed for all the products are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

10. What is your replacement policy?
Please read the Replacement policy carefully before placing an order on Walton eShop.
Walton is committed to serve you with best care & offering highest Service & Warranty structure for products. From our website you can check the warranty & service structure of individual product by selecting a product and just click on ‘support’ button to view.
We replace following selected product on warranty issue only when it’s authorized by Walton Service Management System:

For Refrigerator:
- Replacement Guarantee (Compressor, Chamber, Condenser): 1 Year

For LED TV:
-TV Replacement Guarantee : 6 months (Condition Applicable)

For keyboard:
- Replacement Warranty: 6 Months

For Mouse:
- Replacement Warranty: 6 Months

For Walton Air conditioner:
-Product Replacement guarantee : 6 months

(Note : if there is any manufacturing faults in Heat Exchanger & Compressor)

For Blender & Juicer:
- Replacement Warranty: 3 Months (for selected model which is mentioned in website)

Gas Stove:
- Replacement warranty: Igniter & Burner set 6 months (for selected model which is mentioned in website)

Induction Cooker:
- Total Replacement : 6 Months

For Rice cooker:
- Replacement Warranty: 3 Months (for selected model which is mentioned in website)

For Voltage Stabilizer:
- 2 years replacement warranty.

For LED Bulb:
- 2 years replacement warranty.

For Ceiling Fan:
-10 year replacement warranty (for body)

For switch Socket:
- Replacement Warranty: 5 Years

This warranty does not cover the following cases:
  1. Any damage due to accident, electrical fault, natural causes, negligence or improper installation.
  2. Any damage or failure caused by unauthorized modification or alteration.
  3. Products with original serial numbers that have been removed, distorted or cannot be readily recognized.
Note: This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, electricity fault, natural causes or negligence. And Authority keeps the power to change, expend, correction, stop or cancel the warranty period without any prior notice. 
 
11. What is your policy on Refunds?
Before cancel your order read carefully our Refund Policy to minimize or avoid further confusion.

Refund Policy:
If you cancel your order within provided timeline, then your payment will be refunded by deducting all type of bank charges & other charges (if applicable) within 7 working days (minimum) to 15 working days (maximum).

Refund Timeline for Credit & Debit Cards:
*Time required for refund process needed 7-15 working days maximum.
*Money refund charge & other charges may be applicable as per Bank policy.

Refund Timeline for Mobile Banking:
*Maximum 7 working days will be applicable for refund.
*Refunding charge will be applicable as per mobile banking refund policy.


N.B: Refunding charge not applicable if we are failed to deliver your product due to limited stock or any other reason.
