After placing a successful order by “Cash on Delivery (COD)” method or by any successful online payment transaction, our concern representative will contact with you as soon as possible. Click here to know about payment details.
For any unexpected reason (like: after duty hours, holiday or surrounding condition etc.) we take maximum 12 hours to contact with you after placing an order. You can also contact with your selected Sales Outlet (Plaza) contact person on the provided number or simply call to our helpline 16267 for more information & query (7.00AM -11.00PM). After contacting you, it will take maximum 48 hours (for portable product) for delivery and for large size product (products which needs transport & labor), it will take max 72 hours for delivery. Delivery charge is applicable according to your location & distance from the selected Sales outlet (Plaza).


Delivery charges will be applied as following: 
Free shipping (minimum purchase TK.2000 & portable product only) within 15 km from selected e-Plaza.
